Delivery, Returns & Refunds Policy
1. General Information
All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at time you place an order, we will notify you and refund the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.
2. Delivery Location
Items offer on our website are only available for delivery to addresses in the UK. Any shipments outside the UK are not available.
3. Delivery Time
Our standard UK delivery time is 3-5 working days and costs £3.95. All UK orders over £30 will receive free delivery. Orders placed after 12pm on Friday will not be dispatched until Monday. Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfil your order within 3-5 working days of the date of your order. Working days mean Monday to Friday, except holidays. Please note we do not ship on Sunday.
4. Delivery Delays
During COVID-19 and high demand on the service, Royal Mail is experiencing unpredictable delays, so your parcel could take a little longer to arrive. Please email email@example.com and we will do our best to track your parcel down to avoid duplicate deliveries
5. Damaged Items in Transport
If there is any damage to the packaging on delivery, contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org.

If you have any problems with your order or want to return your items, please email firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note all products must be disposed offsite and not returned to us.
Deliveries are picked and dispatched shortly after they are ordered. We do not accept cancellation of orders.
